And yet, O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, and you are the potter. We all are formed by your hand.
When we allow God to mold us He will make us into something beautiful.
It is so easy to be hardened toward the promises of God. There is so much pain and heartache in this world from sin. When we become like this He needs to soften us and sometimes break those hard pieces off.
Often its easy just to say, “let God mold you into the person you should be.” But what does that mean? How do you let God mold you?
Trust in Him. Trust is one of the hardest things to do. Letting go of EVERYTHING. Trusting that if you give it ALL to Him, He wont leave you with nothing.
At the moment I have all I need—and more! I am generously supplied with the gifts you sent me with Epaphroditus. They are a sweet-smelling sacrifice that is acceptable and pleasing to God. And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take.
He will alway provide for you and He will always lead you down the BEST path for your life. So in every area, in everything in your life trust that He will be there for you and give you strength, joy, peace to get through it.
When you do you are allowing Him to shape you into a Masterpiece.
